For the purposes of this agreement, the "Website" refers to the Company's website, accessible at https://hireflow.app. "Services" refer to any services described here by Hireflow, including but not limited to the Company's Google Chrome extension accessed via the Google Chrome Web Store ("the Plugin"), through which users can upload and scan their resumes for real-time keyword matching with job descriptions.

Non-personal information includes information that cannot be used to identify an individual, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information that we may collect, referral/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences and clicks generated based on data submitted by you. Personal information includes your email, name, comments, feedback, and job preferences, as well as any other personal information you may submit to us through the website (such as by uploading a resume) or using the Plugin.

Information Collected Through Technology

To activate the service, you do not need to provide any personal information. However, to improve the quality of service, we track information provided by your browser when you view or use the website, such as which website you came from (referred to as "referring URL"), your browser type, the device you connect to the website with, time and date of access, and other information that does not directly identify you.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. We share personal information with vendors who provide services to the Company, such as servers for our email communications, who may access users' email addresses to send emails to users on our behalf.

We implement measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Our data may be stored via Supabase's data storage, databases, and general Supabase applications. Supabase stores your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
